I don't know as much as most of the knowledgeable people on here, but I know off center tends to not increase value much unless it's way off. I can't speak to the filled in D much, unfortunately, but it doesn't look too off to me. Others will give you better info. I'm at best an amateur, but see so many posts where people demand answers and not really appreciate the knowledgeable folks. ;-) They put in a lot of effort and I appreciate them and their patience

If it’s not silver it’s pretty much face value unless it’s an error of some sort. Modern coins must be in MS grade to be worth anything more than face value.
Thank you. But if you look in the first picture the D mint mark seems to be filled in especially compared to googled pics of other 1970 D quarters.
I saw it. When coins are heavily worn like this. The mint marks edges from the die get rubbed away and make that D look filled in. Only way to know for sure is using a coin scope. You can find them on Amazon starting at $45.99
